We will work with your Suppliers to make sure that they deliver as agreed, we will ensure that the reception is laid out according to your seating plan and we will deal with all etiquette and other issues arising, in our quiet professional way.

The Month before the Wedding - £650

At Elizabeth Sayer Wedding Design, we are fully aware of the need for support in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. Your venue and Suppliers are booked but you need the comfort of knowing that there will be no “last minute” hitches.

We are therefore pleased to be able to offer our Month before the Wedding package which will give you the security of knowing that all your arrangements have been checked and confirmed and that any overlooked issues have been identified in good time for corrective action to be taken.

We will:

Meet with you for two to three hours in order to discuss the wedding and your plans in fine detail.
Send a report by return showing what has to be done to ensure that your wedding day is the flawless occasion which you desire.
Confirm all details with your Suppliers and ensure that contingencies are in place in case required.
Make recommendations regarding any Suppliers not already booked.
Provide advice on etiquette, wedding speeches and other duties.
Provide unlimited e-mail and telephone support for the wedding party over the month.
Undertake agreed administrative duties for the Bride and Groom.
Provide a wedding day programme and timetable to ensure that all goes smoothly.

The Bespoke Design & Co-ordination Service - £1900 minimum

You want your perfect wedding day to be a fun and memorable experience, without the planning turning into a stressful time consuming business.

Through our unique planning, design and co-ordination service, Elizabeth Sayer Wedding Design will remove the stress of organising your wedding, enabling you to spend quality time before and on the day.

We offer a bespoke service, tailored to your individual needs to provide the wedding of your dreams.

Prices for this service are determined following our initial conversation with you; please be advised that our minimum fee is £1900.

We will hold a free consultation meeting with you, of 2-3 hours, in order to discuss your ideas and thoughts. Following this, we will prepare our proposal detailing our ideas for the design and co-ordination of your wedding.
If you accept our proposal, our terms and conditions of business and sign our contract we will then meet with you to determine the type of Suppliers most suitable for you in terms of style and budget. We will negotiate deals with these Suppliers and make bookings as appropriate.
We will provide you with regular reports detailing expenditure compared with budget and Supplier payment timetables.
Our service incorporates planned follow up meetings to review progress during the period leading up to your wedding. These will be agreed with you in advance.
In designing your special day we will prepare a theme board which shows initial ideas and suggestions. We discuss this in detail with you and agree a style which is personal to you.
We ensure your theme is constant throughout and apply the design to all accessories sourced and our on the day venue styling.
With our colour psychology and consultancy service, we will analyse and suggest the best colours to express your natural personality. Also, we will advise you which colours compliment each other to ensure maximum effect, depending on the season, venue and theme you want from your wedding celebration.
